Contingent Labor Procurement & Sourcing expert

You will be working on the Contingent Labor category transformation project aiming driving business value when interacting with business stakeholders and suppliers. You will be part of a team of experts. You will receive academic and on the job coaching.

Key accountabilities:

  • Understand the supply market and demand patterns within the organization for Contingent Labor spend;
  • Understand demand and supplier/market capability to leverage opportunities for the benefit of AXA, including driving adoption of automation and innovation in the flex recruitment category;
  • Define and execute Contingent Labor sourcing strategy;
  • Design and execute optimal end to end process for flex recruitment;
  • Develop preferred supplier lists (PSLs) strategies;
  • Partner with the local key business stakeholders and Group Center of Excellence to leverage on best practices;
  • Play a central role in managing Contingent Labor sourcing requests, including stakeholder relationship development and management;
  • Team up with stakeholders in order to understand their vision and strategy and anticipate their needs to make value proposals. Develop and maintain intimacy with stakeholders through formal & informal relationship management;
  • Run vendors’ performance evaluation and relationship management. Organize and drive meetings with vendors;
  • Create and manage operational metrics whilst ensuring compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Procurement & Sourcing Contingent Labor /flex recruitment roles
  • Mastering sourcing methodology and autonomous in driving a sourcing event
  • Team player
  • Out of the box thinking, ability to drive change
  • Results driven, agile, pragmatic
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel (reporting)
  • French and/or Dutch fluent, English fluent

 

Essential experience and job requirements:

  • Solid procurement experience including a thorough understanding of and experience in procurement category management life cycle
  • Ability to communicate and influence with stakeholders across all different levels in the organization
  • Strong written and verbal skills demonstrated in a track record of developing strategies, plans and delivery of procurement services
  • Skilled at leading through complexity, executing projects in multi-stakeholder, multi-discipline environments.
  • Track record of developing impactful relationships with all different levels of stakeholders and constructively challenging stakeholders and suppliers.
