We are currently seeking a Recruiting / Operations Assistant to join the Texas operations team focusing on the recruiting process, specifically candidate sourcing, interviewing, advisor onboarding, and event organizing to build brand awareness in Texas. You will work closely with the District Manager in an effort to attract new Financial Professionals to the Firm. Provide support to the District Manager(s) directly on scheduling, organizing, and communicating with the Financial Professional candidates. We are looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to assist the office.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extremely detailed oriented at managing multiple events, coordinating schedules
- Administrative experience required
- Strong team and communications skills
- Support and Operations experience  is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Recruiting experience is a plus
- Proficient in the use and application of Microsoft Office 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-4 years of work experience
