We are currently seeking an Executive Vice President Assistant #CD# to assist the Branch Manager (EVP) on achieving branch growth and success based on regional goals. This individual will #CD#maintain and organize the schedule for the EVP#CD# assist with branch communications, event coordination, client appointments, recruiting and general meeting prep with managers, staff and financial professionals. Work with Digital Onboarding Specialist on marketing, social media and digital tools#CD# work with Branch Operations and Office Manager on billing and expenses. Responsible for travel coordination, spending account, weekly reporting of leaders in management, production and other ad-hoc performance reporting. Organizing weekly/ monthly content for meetings – This includes scheduling, documenting action items during the meeting and following up to ensure accurate and timely completion with a OneDrive link to share the content, list follow up items on OneNote and sharing task with other people involved in projects. Organizing external partner firm visits and VP meetings - This includes scheduling, securing conference rooms and technology needs, creating the agenda and distributing, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, #CD# along with 3-5 years experienced#CD# Excellent ability to communicate effectively with people and coordinate events. Exceptional organization, written and verbal skills. Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, &#CD# PowerPoint) are very important#CD# Proficient use of technology, social media, relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce) preferred. Displays good judgment, decision making skills, understand the need for confidentiality at all levels of work and can handle adversity and multiple deadlines at the same time. Background or experience in client/customer service, marketing, communications or knowledge of the financial services industry is helpful.
